All letters must include name and phone number so Pilot can confirm the writer's idenity. Writer's with valid reasons to remain anonymous may request that their name and contact information is not published, though the decision to allow anonymity lies with the Editor-in-Chief.

Letters will be published as space allows and are subject to the same legal restrictions as any publication. Letters that contain libel, invasion of privacy, profanity or other restricted speach will be edited or not be published. Editing may also occur for reasons of grammer, clarity, and space. Letters 300 words or less will be given priority. The final decision to publish in letter lies with the Editor-in-Chief.
