Blues start winning games

May 11, 2007

Blues are back in business. Their status as the worst team in the league has changed greatly since Dec. 12. They are now 3rd place in the Central Division with 55 points. So why are the Blues all of the sudden having such success?

Before the new move, bringing Andy Murray in, Blues were dead last in the league with only seven wins. Since then, the team has progressed and has appeared to have greater motivation to play. As the team is performing better, fans are piling in at Scott Trade Center. Though the playoff hopes are slipping away, they have had a season of high hopes and accomplished more than anyone thought they could.

Next season, fan base in St. Louis should be higher than this season.

"The new coach, Andy Murray, is awesome. He is the one putting them back on track," said Sam Christopher (10).

"Andy Murray is a good coach, he has coached team Canada and L.A. so he is experienced," said Brian Boehmer (11).
